CASA (3–6)

Children eagerly absorb knowledge, develop concentration, refine movement, build academic foundations, and gain confidence through purposeful work and increasing responsibility.

ACTION (6–12)

The Age of Wonder

Elementary children are driven by imagination, curiosity, justice, and a desire to understand the world. They ask "why," seek meaningful challenges, and begin to discover their role in a larger community.

HILLTOP (12–18)

The Age of Purpose

Adolescents seek identity, responsibility, belonging, and meaningful contribution. They are developing intellectual depth, practical competence, leadership, and a vision for how they can participate in and improve society.
